CANCELLATION POLICY

We maintain a 35% cancellation policy to honor the time and expertise of our service providers. Appointments that are canceled within 24 hours or result in a no-show will incur a 35% charge or a forfeiture of the deposit. We kindly ask for as much notice as possible should you need to make any changes to your appointment, allowing us to accommodate other clients.
